Sandblasting

Sandblasting, an innovative stripping process

Sandblasting is an innovative stripping process which consists in projecting at low pressure, a mixture of compressed air and natural abrasive (grains of a few microns to 1mm, preferably ecological) on the surface to be treated, using an airbrush.

The air pressure is adjustable directly on the airbrushing device called the airbrush, so as to minimise the alteration of the support.

From the air blender, an easily adjustable granulate distribution valve optimises the air / abrasive mixture to ensure optimal media action. Suitable for all sizes of surfaces, airbrushing technology allows rapid and precise treatment of the most delicate and difficult to access substrates.

Because each surface is different, the use of a wide range of abrasives allows perfect adaptation to the substrates to be treated.

Sandblasting is a technique with a wide variety of applications.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

Sandblasting allows the stripping of buildings, the stripping of walls, terraces, cars, doors, stripping of wooden chalets, stripping of half-timbered houses, furniture, etc.

Sandblasting restores the original appearance of stripped coatings, whether they are soft such as wood, plastic, copper, brick or aluminum, or whether they are hard such as stone, cement, concrete, glass or steel.

In addition to this;

Coats of paint, graffiti or tags, traces of oxidation and rust, grease stains or other substances, are radically removed by airbrushing.

What are the applications of sandblasting?
